Waltzingmouse Blog Party

Hello friends! Its the 17th which means its time for the Waltzingmouse blog party! You can get all the details here! For this party we were to draw inspiration from a photo on the WMS blog. I don't have a copy but if you head over on the link you should see it. Its a lovely teal room with three paneled rectangles and some cherry branches. Gray and orange are also featured in the color scheme. P1070136
I used a light teal background stamped with the diamonds from Heirloom Patterns.  I used my spellbinders for the little rectangle panels.  The branches are from Teeny Trees, as is the sentiment.  I used some orange ribbon and orange gems to complete the card.  I had fun making it, especially using these colors.  thanks for stopping in!

PS:  A quick little shout out to my husband who is the best dad to our kids!  Happy Father's day!

Hi Michele! I love the deckled edges on the center diecuts and the bling on those branches. Very rustic and beautiful. The background looks great too.

LOVE love the gems on the branches, Michele! I just bought the deckled edge spellbinders this week and am awaiting their arrival at my house :)! Those trees look so cute with them. Beautiful harelquin background, TOO!

Those tiny trees covered in orange bling are just so sweet, what a clever idea. Beautiful stamped background too. Fabulous card.

This is adorable. Love the way you nestled your sentiment between your two bits of ribbon. Great trio of bling trees (I wish I had a few of those trees in my yard instead of the gumball trees we have - I'd much rather rake up bling than those stupid spiny balls...lol)

The gems really make this card special. I am partial to gemstones so that's what caught my eye right away. I like the way you cut the ribbon to frame the sentiment, too.
