Wild Card Wednesday

Whumph!!! Thats the sound of me hitting the floor when i saw these....

Mr. Iamderby bought me flowers....for no apparent reason! Flowers for no reason! Now this might be the normal way of things at your place. Maybe your Mr. writes you sappy notes, brings you flowers, buys jewelery. If that describes your Mr. than you are a lucky girl and I hope you are counting your blessings. My Mr. has not a romantic bone in his body. He deems jewelery and flowers a waste of money. Why did I marry him you ask? (Aside from the fact I was in LUUUUUVVV) Well he reeled me in with jewelry and flowers (Kinda like I lured him in with promises of homecooked meals and clean house) Yah none of those things continued on after the wedding vows were said.
Anyhow.... I came home from work and there they were, flowers for no reason at all. After I got over looking at him like he had grown another head, I thanked him profusely and moved those flowers to a prominent postition, where I plan to gaze at them until they are dried up little stalks, because who knows when I might get more!

Awwwwwwwwwww...first bitches.

That's so sweet! Sugar Daddy, in case you didn't guess, isn't much in the way of a romantic which, like your Mr. makes it all the more special when they DO try something like that!!

They're beautiful!!

Mr. Man is like clockwork on special occasions ... eventually he'll understand that it's the non-special occasions that will earn him bonus points. That being said, they are loverly.

I played.

How nice! I love those big daisies.
I am not a flower person at all...in fact I think they are a waste of money...now send me a spa certificate for a massage...now we are talking!

Yeah!!! I love getting stuff like that for no reason but I am kinda with Tommiea - I will take a spa day anytime!

Oh and to follow up to your comment (didn't have your email addy) - yes I do, I make ALL my holiday cards and send them to friends, family and internets. My list is growing but I like doing it and I start early (hence the post) so I don't feel overwhelmed by it all. The only really hard thing is picking the design. I have 4 different ones I am sending this year......decisions decisions

I popped over to you from cheekys blog.

My hubby cut me some lovely flowers from our poor, poor neglected garden. Ummmmm they are dried stalks, dried flower and green water. But the fact he did it when I was having a bad, bad pain day made them oh so special.
