In Bloom
I made another card almost like this one the other day and I fell in love with the combo of aqua mist and orange zest. Crazy huh? I think so, but it really seems to work. For this card I cut a base of aqua mist. I then cut two pieces of InBloom paper in orange zest and Summer sunrise. Next I stamped the flowers from In Bloom on white cardstock. I colored them up with my trusty copics. And then I completely covered them with Stickles (Diamond). I do love stickles. Next I added some aqua mist grosgrain and some orange zest twill ribbon. I dug around in my button jars and came up with a large aqua mist button and a small pearly orange zest button. The sentiment is stamped in black on the ribbon. Its from birthday basics.

That is a really great color combination. In bloom is one of my favorite patterned papers. You did a really good job with the copics too.

Michele, this is absolutely stunning! I REALLY need to think about getting this set... wondering how hard it is to cut out the blooms? :) Love the never-thought-of color combo! :)
