Half Full?
Hello Friends! I've been making cards all weekend. I feel a little rusty but its so great to get creative. I picked up this wine set from PTI a month or two ago and today was the first chance I had to use it. Lining up those die cuts was a breeze with my MISTI. I had lots of fun with the fancy flourishes as well. This card is already in an envelope... hopefully I will remember to post it tomorrow! Hope you have a great week!

Another MISTI fan
Hi Friends! Guess what I did? I jumped on the MISTI bandwagon! And I am so glad I did. My MISTI arrived last week and I was smitten after the first stamp. I used it to create the card below.
I used two PTI sets- Natural Beauties and Fancy Flourishes. The best thing about the MISTI is it lets you easily double or triple stamp the same image. See how crisp that sentiment is? I triple stamped it- easily and with no blurring or mis stamps! MISTI is totally worth the money.

Birthday Wishes

Hi y'all! Happy Friday! Its my last day of vacation! I need like two more weeks but I dont think I will be getting them! LOL! Anyway I made this card for a very good friend of mine. Believe it or not I met her on the internet way back in 2000 when I was pregnant with my first child. We met on an AOL message board! She is amazing and someone I admire greatly.
I made this card using all PTI product. The cardstock is Kraft. I stamped it with my Fancy Flourish stamps in fresh snow ink. I also inked up the sides with fresh snow. I added the small dots with my gel pen. The sentiment was stamped in versamark and embossed with white filagree embossing powder. The flowers from Natural Beauties were stamped on white cardstock using hawaiian shores, aqua mist, sweet blush, hibiscus, lavendar moon, new leaf, and rose inks. The bling is from Queen & Co.
Thanks for stopping in today!

Butterfly
I love this butterfly stamp from PTI. The shape is perfect... I only wish it didnt have the sentiment because I love it so much and the word dream really limits what I can use it on. Today's card has a lovely flourish (PTI Fancy Flourishes) and lots of yummy gems for extra sparkle. It's stamped on vellum. I inked the edges with the same orange ink. The base is raspberry fizz cardstock. I sent it to Katie. Hope she likes it! Thanks for stopping by the blog... I always love seeing your comments. I swear nearly all my friends live in the computer. How I love the internet! :) Happy Thursday

Fancy Flourish Card Set
I am so proud of this! I made the little holder all by myself, out of my own head! Now I am not saying no one else has every thought of this simple holder but I came up with mine right out of my imagination. LOL. The things that make me happy. Working in 3D is not my best skill.
This is the little holder. Its made from two sheets of PTI spring moss cardstock. I stamped it with Fancy Flourishes in avocado ink. The little flower is from the Bird Watching set. The sentiment is from Vintage Picnic.
There are four cards and envies inside. There are two of these thank you cards. The flourish is from Fancy Flourishes, the stars are from Its a Celebration. The sentiment is vintage picnic.
The other two cards are happy birthday. Same stamps here as used on the holder.
And here is the whole ensemble. Now I just need a worthy recipient.
