Ruffled Ribbon seems to be in lately, doesn't it? I made mine with PTI grosgrain. I took a couple pieces of embroidery thread and ran a running stitch through the top of the ribbon. Pull to ruffle. I hate to sew on paper so I stuck it down with sticky tape. All materials are PTI. I used dimensionals to pop up the pp. Colored the flowers with copics. I like it, alot.

The coloring is fantastic and I love the ruffled ribbon. And the blue and yellow together, yummy!!
