I made this for a PaperCrafts mag call. It wasn't picked up, so now I think of it as a reject. LOL. Reject or not, I still really like it and I think I will gift it to one of my daughter's teachers. Its a little folder that holds some bookplates and some cute little bookmarks. I used the All Booked Up and Wise Owl sets from PTI. The plaid paper is really old, from Cloud9. But I think any plaid would work fine for this, I just really liked the colors. The base is PTIs rustic cream cardstock. Lots of dark chocolate and Chai Tea ink. Thanks for stopping in.
LOVE IT!!! The teacher will love it~~ you always make me feel like I need the Owl set ......
ReplyDeleteVery nice gift set, Michele! Your daughter's teacher will be enamored with it, I'm certain. :)
ReplyDeleteI think it's wonderful! Love the way you packaged them. I just may be borrowing that idea for DGDs. Thanks for the inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteMichele, thanks for sharing. Now I know how I will package the bookmarks and book plates I've been thinking of creating. (I better hurry or I won't have them done for Christmas).
