Well will you look at that? I own stamps by companies other than PTI and WMS! LOL! This owl is part of a set from Hampton Arts. It was so cute, it was futile to resist it. The set has lots of little owls, a couple of sentiments, and accessories (the balloon and hat are separate stamps). I think owls are awesome!Card Deets:
