(BTW the one they picked isn't a card, its a box and it will be in the Stamp It! Techniques Special Edition). So this card is all papertrey. Lots of masking going on. I started by stamping the Orange zest base with the vine image in watermark ink. Next I used some cream cardstock as a back ground and stamped on the tall pumpkin. I was using versamagic chalk ink and PTI hybrid ink in a variety of colors. I masked the tall pumpkin and stamped the fat pumpkin. I masked the fat pumpkin and stamped the frame and green vines. Next I added the pumpkin tops and sentiment. Aside from the mask cutting its a simple card to make. Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteWould you believe I have never masked? I love the technique and will have to MAKE myself do it. This card is one of the reasons. So much better design than if you had tried to just stamp over each other. Love its simplicity and the grouping is what really makes it work.
