Cheap because I got the card base in a pack of 12 (Marcella by K brand) at big lots for two bucks. I bought the stamps last year (PTI). Easy because its one layer... inks, stamps, and a little bit of bling. Enjoy. :)
Thanks Karen. Its Encore silver ink. I got it at papertreyink.com although its available elsewhere. I didnt heat set it but I did leave it be overnight. It takes awhile to dry.
I am telling you, you really should sell these on Etsy. This is simply beautiful!
