Well I have finally got the outdoor lights up. I did it myself. If I had waited for Mr. Iamderby I would have been waiting on Dec. 24th. So I got out the ladder and hoisted those things up myself. And then because babygirl was begging I went and bought one of those deer and stuck that out there too. Next I hauled out all the Christmas boxes from the garage and shed. And with two very eager children I started to unpack them. So lots of decorations are out, just not up properly. Maybe some pics once they look good.
I learned a long time ago that if I wanted it done I had to do it myself. You know "hear me roar" syndrome. Good for you just doing it.
ReplyDeleteMy kids did the same thing when it came time to decorate--they wanted to dig in the boxes to see their favorite things and not decorate.
I should have done mine last week before the snow - now its not going to happen with all the snow we got last week and its snowing again now - I don't climb on roofs with snow on them....
